General Conditions of Sale (GCS)

Article 1 - General provisions
The purchase of our products online, as well as sales made through the site www.bewell-shop.eu managed by the company BEWELL SàRL-S (hereinafter "the Company) are subject to these general conditions.
By purchasing one of our products or placing an order through the site www.bewell-shop.eu, the customer accepts the general conditions.


Article 2 - Legal Notice
The site www.bewell-shop.eu offers wellness and beauty products.


The Company is an official representative of Partner.co (ID A5850148).

Article 3 - Conclusion of the contract
The simple desire shown by the customer to acquire an item for sale on the website store or to subscribe to our services, without implementing the ordering process provided for by the site, does not give rise to a contractual relationship.

The sales or service contract will not be complete until the order has been placed by the customer and confirmed by the Company. The customer will receive an e-mail confirming his order.


Anyone wishing to place an order must have full legal capacity to adhere to these general conditions and to conclude a sales contract.

By placing the order, the customer declares to be at least 18 years old and to be legally entitled to subscribe to our online services and to purchase items through the website.

When paying by card, the customer guarantees that he is fully authorized to use the said card and that the latter provides access to sufficient funds to cover all the costs necessary for the payment of the order.

The contract of sale or provision of services is concluded in French. Even if a foreign version is offered as an indication, the customer cannot invoke the lack of mastery of the French language to obtain the departure from the general conditions.

The ordering process consists of several steps:


1. The customer chooses the item he wants to buy and slips it into his basket;


2. He clicks on the “place my order” button;

3. He fills out the form by mentioning his contact details, namely, his name and surname, his home address, the delivery address if he orders an item, his telephone number for the carrier responsible for the delivery. and his email address;

4. He chooses his means of payment and fills in the form relating to his bank details and in particular the type of payment card, the card number and the expiration date;

5. He is returned to a page showing the details of his order;

6. He is invited to validate the data appearing on the screen or to correct them by clicking on the button "modify my details";

7. He then validates his data, confirms having read the general conditions of sale and declares that he accepts them;

8. He makes the payment;

9. He receives an order confirmation e-mail, a summary of his order;

10. Once the order has been placed, it is no longer possible to modify it, nor to modify the data applicable to it.

The Company reserves the right to refuse the order for any reason whatsoever.


If the Company refuses the order, it undertakes to reimburse the buyer within 7 working days of the order.


Article 4 - Price

The total purchase price of the products is indicated on your order form, including VAT and delivery charges.


Article 5 - Payment
Payment must always be made at the time of ordering. The accepted payment methods are indicated on the customer order form.

Online payment is secure.


Article 6 - Delivery

The products ordered are delivered directly to the customer at the delivery address indicated during the ordering process.


Our delivery conditions are as follows:

Standard delivery (to the customer's delivery address or to a collection point) at the shipping price set in the shopping cart. The estimated delivery time is between 2 and 4 working days from the confirmation of the order.

The delivery will be considered as completed and the responsibility for the products will fall to the customer, once the Company has delivered the products ordered to the delivery address.

The Company will endeavor to deliver the products ordered within the delivery times indicated above, but the Company will be entitled to cancel the customer's order before the products are delivered for any reason whatsoever, in particular due to an event beyond the control of the Company, or due to an out of stock, limited resources that it could not reasonably foresee, or because an error in the price or the description of the product has been identified. In this case, the Company will inform the customer and refund the payment made for the products. If the product is out of stock, the Company will inform the customer without delay by email.

The Company reserves a maximum of 72 working hours to prepare the orders and deliver them to the carrier. After this time, the company will send an email to inform the customer of the delay. As soon as the package is registered with the carrier, the Company cannot be held responsible for the delivery times which are the responsibility of the transport company.


Article 7 - Withdrawal

The customer has the right to cancel his order, without having to give justification, at any time from the order date and up to thirty
(30) days following physical receipt of the product(s) (45 days for Slenderiiz Day and Night Drops).
To cancel your order, you must clearly indicate that you wish to cancel it. This cancellation request can be communicated directly by email in the contact tab of the site, indicating the reason. The cancellation request must be sent by the email address used to place the order.
The refund (less the original shipping charge) will be made to the payment method used for the original transaction.
If the customer cancels his order, the Company will reimburse the customer, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after the date on which the Company was informed of the customer's decision to withdraw or, if the customer cancels after delivery of the products, 14 days after the date on which the customer returned the products to the Company.
If the refund request is attributable to the customer, without invoking the Company's liability, or if the customer does not collect his order placed at the collection center within the allotted time or if the customer has not communicated a complete address making delivery impossible, the customer will pay the delivery costs which will be deducted from the reimbursement amount.

In the event of cancellation by the customer after delivery of the product(s), the customer must request the return postal address from customer service (info@bewell-shop.eu) and thus return the product(s) without undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 days after informing the Company of its decision to cancel the contract. The customer will be deemed to have respected this period by sending the ordered products before the end of the 14 day period.
In the event of cancellation by the customer, the latter will be responsible for paying the costs of returning the product(s), unless the product(s) are damaged or defective, in which case the Company will pay such costs.
The Company will begin the refund procedure only after receipt of the product(s) ordered.
The company cannot be held responsible for a delay in the delivery time which is the responsibility of a third party company. Nevertheless, the Company undertakes to do what is necessary to track the package or to offer a replacement package to the customer. A refund request in this case will be attributable to the customer.


Article 8 - Conformity, Guarantee and Hidden Defects
It is the Company's responsibility to provide products which correspond to their description and which are of satisfactory quality and reasonably suitable for their purpose.


For products where it applies, the customer benefits from a 2-year warranty.

Article 9. Ordering an item from the store

The Company guarantees that the item delivered conforms to the item ordered and meets the normal expectations that the customer may have of it, taking into account its specificities.


The item is deemed approved by the customer if he has not issued a dispute within 8 days of receipt.

Any dispute relating to the authenticity of the item delivered must be made without delay and at the latest within two months from the day on which the customer has noticed the defect.

If the customer has not denounced the lack of authenticity within two months from the day he noticed it and within the year of receipt of the item, he will no longer be admissible to rely on it. .

The invoice or order form serves as a guarantee.

Article 10 - Modification of the general conditions of sale
The applicable general conditions of sale are those in force at the time the order was placed by the customer.


Article 11 - Consumer
The client has no right to participate in the Ariix - NewAge trading program. 
The products are supplied to the customer strictly on a non-resale basis and the customer is prohibited from marketing or reselling the purchased products. The client is prohibited from marketing the NewAge business opportunity or attempting to recruit other people. The client cannot earn commissions or bonuses under the Ariix - NewAge compensation plan.


Article 12 - Governing Law
These general conditions and all disputes arising out of or in connection with shall be governed by, interpreted under, and construed and enforceable in accordance with, the laws of Luxembourg, without giving effect to conflict of law principles.
