Partner.Co EMEA is launching a product promotion for the EMEA markets to celebrate the end of the year
2025 (the "Golden Reward promotion"). Every week for four weeks, Partner.Co will launch a
new promotional box set, called the "Golden Reward Box Set".
The Golden Reward promotion period will begin on November 28, 2025 at 11:00 AM (CET) and will end on the 28th
December 2025 at 11:59 PM (CET) (the "Golden Reward promotion period"). As part of the promotion
Golden Reward, Partner.Co EMEA is also organizing the Golden Reward 2025 (details below).

By purchasing a Golden Reward promotional box during the Golden Reward promotion period, you

1. Eligibility and registration requirements. To participate, you must:
(1) accept all the general conditions contained in this document;
(2) purchase a Golden Reward promotional box between 11:00 (CET) on November 28, 2025 and 23:59 (CET) on
December 28, 2025.
Only persons aged over eighteen (18) years on November 28, 2025, residing and located in a
jurisdictions where the Golden Reward 2025 is legal are permitted to participate. The Golden Reward 2025 is void there
where the law forbids it.
2. Golden Reward 2025 ticket orders.
(1) One Golden Reward 2025 ticket will be placed in a maximum of 70 promotional box orders.

(3) *The free product will be identical to one of the products that the Golden Reward ticket recipient has purchased
in this week's Golden Reward promotional box. The free product will be selected by Partner.Co.
3. Legal information relating to Golden Reward tickets.
(1) Golden Reward 2025 ticket holders who claim their free product are solely responsible
of all federal, state and local income taxes and other taxes (if any) related to the product
free of charge.
(2) Golden Reward 2025 ticket holders who do not contact Partner Support for

5. Discharge: Accepting a free product from the Golden Reward 2025 promotion is worth
authorization given by the beneficiary to Partner.Co to use their name and image for advertising and/or
promotional rights worldwide and in all types of media, in perpetuity, without further compensation
nor authorization. Participants agree that Partner.Co and its affiliates, as well as their employees,

These terms and conditions may be modified at any time, and Partner.Co reserves the right to cancel or modify the Golden Reward 2025.

7. Disputes, jurisdiction, applicable law.
